2. What data we collect We process the following data:
- Data provided in the comment form — name or nickname, comment content, and the date it was added. Comments are published on the website only after being approved by the administrator.
- Technical data (server logs) — IP address, browser type, request time. This data is automatically collected as standard by the hosting server for security and technical diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies — session cookie (PHPSESSID), necessary for the proper functioning of some features of the Service. Details in section 6.
3. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
- Comments — for the purpose of publishing a comment on the blog. The legal basis is consent expressed by voluntarily submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Server logs — for the purpose of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Service. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Session cookie — necessary for the functioning of selected elements of the Service.
4. Data retention period
- Comments are kept until they are deleted by the administrator or upon the request of the comment author.
- Server logs are kept for a period resulting from the hosting provider's policy, usually no longer than a few months.
- The session cookie expires automatically when the browser is closed.
5. Data recipients Data may be transferred to entities operating the technical infrastructure of the Service (hosting provider) to the extent necessary for its maintenance. The Service also uses external resources loaded directly from the servers of other providers. By visiting the Service, your browser establishes a connection with these servers, which may involve transferring your IP address and other technical data to them, in accordance with their own privacy policies:

- Tailwind CSS CDN (stylesheet) — provided by Cloudflare

- Purpose: Technical cookie strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
- Storage time: Until the browser is closed.
This cookie is of a purely technical (necessary) nature and does not require your consent under applicable laws. The Service currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
